Reduce Allergies With Autism Diet

Food allergies and autism go hand and hand says Jean Genet is an autism survivor and neuroscientist specializing in brain mechanics (how the brain works).

Genet believes allergies in children with autism are brought about by the chemical imbalances in the body that is brought on by the toxic reaction of childhood vaccinations.

Genet believes that dairy is the main culprit in bringing on allergies. The main enzyme in dairy is casein. Casein is the main ingredient of glue. Casein is what makes glue sticky. When dairy is consumed casein coats the lining of the stomach and seals off the ability of the stomach wall to absorb nutrients and minerals from the food. Being sticky, food sticks to the stomach lining and begins to rot and ferment. The rotting process creates chemical waste and the fermenting brings on alcoholic gases (think potatoes fermenting into vodka).

The gastric juices cannot break down the elements of this waste and after twelve hours the stomach muscles shoves this toxic waste into the small intestine. This toxic waste eventually eats a hole in the bottom of the intestine and this toxic waste drips into the blood stream. This action is known as, Leaky Gut Syndrome.

The remaining food particles that are attached to the stomach wall create a yeast mold whose chemical reaction, when mixed with brain chemicals, can bring about abusive behaviors in children with autism.

So the proper response is to eliminate dairy from the diet. There always is a concern that if dairy is removed from the diet the child will become calcium deficient. Cows have big, strong bones and they eat grass.
